В каждой комнате собственная ванная с душем и всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Комнаты хорошо звукоизолированы, а в холодное время года теплые пола добавят комфорта. Для самым маленьких гостей есть детская кроватка и стульчик для кормления.
Кухня-гостиная (48м2) оснащена варочной панелью, холодильником, микроволновой печью, тостером, чайником, посудомоечной машиной, телевизором, круглым столом. Конечно, на кухне есть всевозможная посуда для приготовления пищи. В хорошую погоду можно воспользоваться мангалом на улице.
Вся территория ограждена заборам, есть детская площадка с батутом, шезлонги и кресла.
Дом всеми окнами развернут к лесу, который прекрасен в любую пору года. На окнах есть москитные сетки.
